Second Wind Stays LLC was born out of lived experience in real estate’s toughest lessons. What started as a solo home renovation in 2016 evolved into a multi-layered career in flipping, selling, and renting homes across the Midwest. After confronting the consequences of poor property management and market blind spots firsthand, our founder rebuilt a failing rural rental from the ground up—physically and financially. That process revealed a gaping hole in the housing market: traditional rental models fail to serve displaced homeowners, travel workers, and everyday professionals in rural areas.
